Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks. If you have private insurance, we will file your insurance for you.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Bluegrass Health, Humana, BlueCross/BlueShield, North American, Continental, and several other providers. Please feel free to call our office before your appointment to check if you don’t see your insurance listed. If you have private insurance, we will file your insurance for you.

Co-Pay

Your Co-Pay amount will depend on the insurance plan in which you belong.

Your Prescription

We will call your prescription to your pharmacy once it is confirmed.
