Our office is located in the Medical Arts Building of the Murray-Calloway County Hospital. Our physical address is 300 South 8th Street, Suite 505E. The route to the hospital is marked with blue Hospital “H” signs. We are located on the fifth floor of the Medical Arts Building. For most convenient entry, park in the south parking lot south of the building, near 8th street. Take the elevator to the fifth floor.

Hours
Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 - 5:00
Tuesday and Friday: 8:00 - 4:00
Closed Thursdays.
In the event of an emergency you should call 911 or go to the Emergency Room.
If you have a non-emergency medical issue after hours, call our office at 270.753.3131. The answering service will contact the on-call doctor for you.
We usually call you with all test results. If you are concerned, you can call our office during business hours.
